PBSA Bharat primarily works with corporates, industries, institutions, RWAs and high-profile individuals requiring professional, long-term or structured security solutions.

Is there a minimum contract period for security services?

Yes. Most services require a minimum engagement period to ensure proper training, supervision and service consistency. Short-term deployments are evaluated case by case.

Do you provide security guards for small shops or single locations?

PBSA Bharat focuses on small, medium to large-scale requirements and deployments where structured supervision, SOPs and compliance-driven security is essential. These deployments typically are of Guards and Supervisors in double or triple digit figures. Guards deployments in single digit numbers can be considered on merit and need, however this is a rarity.

Are your guards licensed, trained and legally compliant?

Yes. All personnel are trained, verified and deployed in full compliance with ESIC, EPF, minimum wage and statutory regulations.

Do you provide armed guards?

Armed security is provided only where legally permissible, justified by risk assessment and approved by the concerned authorities.

How quickly can guards be deployed after confirmation?

Deployment timelines depend on location, manpower strength and verification requirements. Immediate deployment may be possible for ongoing PBSA-managed zones.

Are your services available on a 24/7 basis?

Yes. PBSA Bharat provides round-the-clock security services with rotational staffing, supervision and escalation support.

Do you offer security audits before finalising manpower?

Yes. For most engagements, PBSA recommends a security assessment to ensure optimal manpower deployment and cost-effective protection.

Is pricing negotiable or fixed?

Pricing is structured and based on Govt statutory compliances. Only the Service Charges levied are quoted by our Agency. Costs depend on location, manpower strength, duty hours and service scope.
